This ball deflector sits under the Cadillac plastic, adjacent to the gate in the KISS lane. When the ball shoots up the KISS line, it bounces off the gate wire and into the deflector, which funnels it into the scoop. Sometimes, the part is missing. Over time, the ball impact also bends it upwards, breaking the plastic above.
This is a Pinbits part to replace Williams 1-10706. Our part is made from thicker stainless steel than the original.
Includes two SHORT screws for attachment. Longer screws will penetrate the top surface of the playfield.
When installing, check that the ball has plenty of clearance to enter the deflector, and that the top of the deflector does not touch the bottom of the plastic (they come correctly bent, so this should not be a problem.
The companion part is 1-10707, the ball deflector for the snack bar.
