Our T2 ship mod brings life to the otherwise dead HK ship. In normal play, the edges simply glow with no distracting effects. Red LED thrusters and edge glow plastics work together to perform one of 6 light shows every time you score on the target bank.
If you can't score the target bank, the ship will taunt you with a brief light show. And if you still can't score, it will go into its attract mode to give you something interesting to watch while you try to make the ball do what you want. Score the bank, and the ship will go quiet.
Attract mode starts up when the target bank has not been hit, and clears with the first scoring shot.
Our custom controller board controls three sets of LEDs - red thruster LEDs that light the playfield area beneath the ship, and UV LEDs that make the edges of the plastic glow.
The board has multiple light show programs, including strobes, scans and flashes.
THE SHIP IS NOT INCLUDED, ONLY DISPLAYED TO SHOW HOW THE MOD SITS UNDER YOUR SHIP.
Run the wires under the playfield and connect across a convenient GI bulb. Solder the sense wires across the flasher connector. Our harness features a disconnect for easy servicing. The final installation looks factory.
Assemble the locknuts to the existing screws, so that the plate sits level with the bottom of the molding. Leave the ship a little bit of slack. Then, tighten the washer locknuts hard against the wire and the plate.
The final assembly is much more rigid than the original. The plate is cut to precisely match the contours of the original Williams part.
Includes new screws, cable ties, locknuts and star nuts.
